    Hey guys,
My NP203 is screwed! A buddy of mine has a NP 205 he can sell me cheap. My question is what do I need to do this conversion. And do you guys think it is worth the trouble? Thanks for the help. Oh yeah, I'm running a th350 tranny.

It depends on what version of the 205 he has (ie. what transmission was it originally behind) and if it's fixed yoke or slip yoke. If it is a 350 version fixed yoke, all you will need is the adaptor and shifter. I am not sure of the exacts lengths of each but I do believe the 203 is longer (but someone else can verify this...or it may not make a difference with the adaptors). If that is the case you will have to move the crossmember (most time the holes are already there) and maybe driveshaft mods (depending on how much difference there is). Be advised the adapter from the TH350 to 205 is not cheap, but I did see one in the for sale section for $100 (which is a smokin' deal).
