NP205 Cossmember and adapter

    I need a Crossmember that i can bolt to my 86 blazer that will mount my Np205 that i just bought. Also i need an adapter that will mate it with my 700r4 trans.

    i have a205 w/adapter plate,,drive sleev and cross member located in n.y. buffalo $200 plus shipping.i will let you know if i can find just the adapter plate most people dont whant to seperate. do you need the drive sleev that connect,s the tranny to the t-case the case i have is a slip yoke

    awesome i need the adaptor plate, crossmemeber and drive sleve i have the case also do you know if the shift lever will go up through the stock slot i ythe floor or will i have to cut the floor out?

    hey man... just to let you know... that if you want to mate the 700r4 to a np205 transfer... you would need the th350/np205 adapter... and either a short shaft tranny or a 2 in. spacer to go in between the tranny and transfer...

    the adapter and drive sleeve will only allow for 7/8" of stickout coming out of the tranny if you are looking from directly above it...

    I am just glad that I just bought a 700r4 already mated to the 205... I have yet to install it into my truck, but that is coming soon... hey I hope this info works out for you... if you need to know where to get a short shaft for the tranny just ask stephan from ORD or the 2 in. adapter as well... I think he sells both of them
    the shaft goes for 160 and the 2in spacer is about 60 I think if I remember correctly...

    72 Chevy Blazer, 327, SM-465, NP 205, 4in lift, 35 in tires
    Was About to put in 400 SBC/ 700-R4
    Now trying to go 454/ 400/ 205 setup
