Looking for a np205 Off of a turbo 400 with fixed yoke and with the short input shaft
Yes I am going for the ORD doubler I also have a np205 for a turbo 350 with a slip yoke if you may want a trade
More info on what I am looking for short 32-spline female. This came with TH400 transmissions this shaft sticks out of the 205 case by about 1 1/4" and the male transmission shaft plugs directly into it. The proper shaft stick out from the back of the TH400 for this type of 205 input gear is about 4 1/2". This gear configuration is the one necessary to run our GEN2 Doubler kit.
Yes most of you all ready know this but I thought this might help

Man good luck. I looked forever for the right 205 is hard to find. If you have a chance to get the set up with a slip yoke then you should get it. Just call steve at o.r.d. and get a output shaft and a seal retainer. This would be a good time to change the frt. shaft to 32 spline also. GOOD LUCK.

I don't know how much the slip yoke conversions cost, but I converted my 10 spline 205 to 32 spline for $300 with a full rebuild. Could be done for about 200 with out the rebuild, but you are half way into it so why not?
