what does it take to rebuid an NP208, i've done a np205 and it took me longer to clean it from the outside. All i needed was a pair of asorted snap rings, BFsockets, and some grease to put it back together. should i expect the same for a NP208??? anything i should look out for?

What kind of rebuild are you talking? Resealing, new chain, hardparts? I replaced the range selector fork in mine and ended up tearing down and replacing all kinds of stuff. It wasnt to hard. Just when you pull the mainshaft out there are about million and 25 needle bearings that fly out like a swarm of bees!!!!!!!! Other than that it was pretty simple. I got a chilton manual from the library and went to town. That was 6 yrs ago and it still does what I ask it to do. Good luck!!

That jeep thing? Yah I understand it....... Like my Blazer? http://community.webshots.com/user/blazerk5
