NP208 ' strength rod' needed

    NP208 \' strength rod\' needed

    you know, that steel bar that mounts to the front propshaft output flange casting area and fastens to somewhere up front that helps the case deal with the torsion.....

    well, mine never had one. i need one. surely somebody has one in their scrap pile rusting away....

    I have one from a 350/208 setup out of a 82 if it will fit.

    I just did a sway and was wondering about them It seems those rods are important and serve a major support. HAve you been wheeling without your successfully?

    no i have not wheeled it hard without the brace////

    aluminum does not like to flex!!
