Anybody know where I can find a way to convert the rear slip yoke on a NP208 to a fixed yoke? I heard about a way to do this somewhere, but I can't find the info anymore.

You basically need to find a Dodge 208 that has a fixed yoke and use the chevy front half of the case and the dodge rear half and the dodge output shaft...if you cruise around the 73-91 forum, there was a guy a few weeks back that did the conversion and took some pics...only had to weld like one new piece to the chevy 208 front half and the rest was basically bolt in...

That is an excellent conversion. Do you have the parts available to do this conversion for someone?
