    IS IT ANY GOOD OR IS THERE A BETTER ONE I CAN USE? MINE IS BROKEN AND I NEED TO REPLACE. EXISTING IS NP241

    Very good t-case. Really low low-range (2.72) better than the other gm cases. Can handle tremendous torque - they are put behind Cummins Diesels (I think). And, they are light-weight. Only cons I can think of are the slip-yoke, and the aluminum case (read: breaks apart if you smash a rock). Some may suggest the NP205 for it's well-known strength/availablility...and that's an option you may want to consider if you can find one for a good price.

    What, the NP241..yeah, as long as that's what is in there now. As for the NP205...I'm not sure. You may need an adapter of some sort. What tranny is it going behind?

    Sorry, Its going on a 700r4. it had a 241 but it broke.
