NV4500 to NP205?

    can it be done? and has anyone here done the swap form a 700r4 to a NV4500? cause i kinda want to have an idea of what needs to be done. and what kind of clutch does the NV4500 use?

    You'll need to 205 from 71-79 if I remember correctly with a 10 spline input. Then you'll need the "specail" 4500 to 205 adapter and shorten the 4500 output shaft to something like 4.49 inches. Which can be done by just removing the tailshaft housing and proceed to cutting. Then you should be set. Most likely the Hyd clutch setup will be the best for you. You can go to advanceadapter.com and order the 4500 conversion manual they have for $10.
