I'm sure this won't produce anything, but if anyone runs across a set of *legal* O/A tanks (med/largish sizes preferred) for a decent price, please let me know if you don't want them. I've just acquired a set of regulators (Victor 400s) and all I lack to complete an O/A cutting/welding setup is tanks, hose, and a few more welding tips.

Would never, ever, ever used propane tanks work or would they be to small?

It would only work if I got the right gear to run it, but I'm mostly interested on O/A which is hotter and more versatile. Thanks anyway.

I need tanks legal to swap/fill without hassles.

On the trans, looks like I'm getting one from Marv, but depending on the price and condition, I might take one for a spare given my history with them...

Hmmm, wish it were local. I can get largish tanks for around $200 local, so I doubt it's worth hauling them that far. It would be near $200 by the time I paid someone gas if they were already headed this way, so probably not worth it.

But I'm wondering about the accessories. Any idea what he's got? I've got the large Journeyman torch body and the regulators now, but I still need a variety of welding tips, s/l rose bud, and so on. Something that small might be worth shipping depending on what it is and what he wants.

If you could PM me contact info I'll give him a call.

    Thanks.
