Oh What A Night

    First off - How do you stop throwing up when working out?

    Anyway spent an hour doing my gunrty lifty sweaty thing

    Then I pooped... no I did that in between the lifty sweaty... both were grunty

    Anyway, I wound down with a nice vacuum cleaning of my rooms

    Then, while I was vacuuming myself off, beard, face, head etc. I wanted to vacuum my butt.

    I didn't.

    I fell down vacuuming from the shakes.

    I think I need a shower even after the vacuuming....

    Poor RJ! It'll get better when you figure out how to keep yourself hydrated properly.

    Might be overheating, crack a window or two. I know the feeling from cross country, best thing I could do was sip water, and breathe deep with cooler air.

    If you are that wasted you are working too hard. You can get away with it for a while, but youwill eventually hurt something or just quit. Back off just a little (that puking feeling is a good indicator) and you will make much better progress long term.
