OK computer doods???

    All of my icons on my screen just decided to clone themseves and now half of them don't work and when I right click on them I don't get a delete function... WTF???? how do I get rid of the half that don't work??? :crazy:

    try creating a folder on your desktop. then drag all the icons you dont want into that folder and then delete the folder. give that a try

    It also won't let me drag the clones anywhere... :doah:

    Also the set of icons that actually work have this weird shadow to them... :crazy:

    Restart not help???


    Try right clicking on the desktop and changing these settings.

    Do ya know how to use the restore function? That should work if these above ones don't help.

    windows XP, and I can't read what ya got there Don and no I don't know how to use the restore function... :crazy:

    :haha: :haha: What a fricken moron, I just figured it out, I accidentally used a pic I used in a thread showing what was on your desktop as my background, while I was messing with that today...So it was showing the exact image I have as my wallpaper only with the extra icons...Thanks guys... :haha:

    I used to do that to the computers in high school. It was funny when my computer teacher got on here computer and got mad cause she couldn't figure out what was going on.

    Holy crap, no offense,but that's one of the funniest computer problems/solutions I've ever heard! I'll remember that for future problems.
