ok stupid question...

    you dont need the springs out to install shocks right..they are just bolt in/out right...just wanted to make sure cuase my truck is going to be sitting with out any for a while...till i can get some long enough for the lift..and also..if you have the dual shock setup..do you just get two and bolt them on..or are they suppost to be set right or something...?

    no you don't need the springs out to install. i think one of them is longer than the other. thats in regards to the quad shock setup. but hopefully someone will tell you and they'll be sure because i'm not too sure. later.

    no the springs dont need to be off to install shocks...

    it wont hurt anything but your ride quality if you dont have shocks on there for a while...

    Dual shocks suck... but if you must you can just get a longer bolt for the front ones and do them side by side.... donno about the back...
