I'm looking for a Dana 60 to put in my Blazer, I called all my local yards and nobody has one I found one yard that does have it and they want $1300 I said WTF are you crazy and the guy responded "take it or leave it" what is this? why are they so expensive? what's the regular price for a decent Dana 60?

Expect to pay around $1000 for one in good shape that you could put in with having to rebuild it.

I went through this sticker shock myself.

But, I did find a good deal. Got mine for about $800. Sold my old front end for $350... so I ended up happy.

But, I still have to regear and add the locker.

$1200-1500 in good condition is normal.
