Just looking to get a count of K5 wheelers here in Oklahoma. I am interested in getting a group together.

I am just a pavement pounder (literally) but I am in OK, and I might have interest in my first off road experience if someone ever has an extra seat sometime.

Good lord. The rod up that man's butt must have a rod up it's butt.

I am thinking of maybe a run to Poteau, or Disney. It all depends on how many and how extreme of vehicles we can roundup.

I live in OKC, I'm just now starting to get the Blazer driving since the new motor. The 36's and 3/4 gear isn't on yet, but it is next! It would prob be a few weeks before it will be ready for anything extreme.

My blazer is also waiting for some affection. I am trying to to get it ready for the Sam's Offroad Novice run at the end of September. I wish I could find a 60 for a reasonable price before I put any money into the 10 bolt.

    Keep it simple!

Hey I know what you mean, I had a set of 1-tons lined up for cheap, but I was mislead....they were only 3\4 ton. you can imagine my disappointment. SO I AM STILL LOOKING!

I think that I might just keep the 10 bolt and snatch every replacement that I can find. People are pratically giving them away.

I saw that on his site. Hopefully I will be ready and I'm planning on going. But I'll just have to wait and see.....

Have you made the reservations yet? They are only allowing so many vehicles this year.

Not yet, I think they are only letting 150 vehicles in. I was gonna wait to see how the progress on the Blazer goes, but I prob should go ahead unless it's too late already.

I'm in Edmond. How many of you came to Disney? I was there in my Z71. I'm in for a club. I started a club but no one around here is hard core that I know of so I'm pretty much the only one in my club that wheels.

Kinda late to jump in on this, but I'm game. I'm in Tulsa. I talked to Chad this weekend about a fall run at Disney. Prb just a one day, but I'm all for an Oklahoma Gang. My rigs pretty much ready to go, just need two more shocks and finish trimming [IMG]

On a side note, I need just as many 28 sline 10 bolt shafts that I can get. Best price is free, but I REALLY need some more spares.

Hey man, I put some shocks on the back this weekend, still don't have fronts, but the back was my big hangup. Started up the sawzall too. Got a good 5lbs of sheetmetal off the drivers side. Feels good to be getting close huh.

Out in eastern Ok county, that small part that isn't part of OKC they call Newalla. Having relatives up from Florida Labor Day, not sure which to make them sick in, boat or K5 (mom has a real weak stomach). Heading down to Caddo county for a day. Let me know what you come up with.
