More then welcome to come up to my house tonight before we tear ole Rusty apart (old thing is being stripped in a few days). Rusty has dual pipes with cherry bombs and is friggin Loud!!! Its so loud that when cruisin down the road you can't hear or feel a cell phone ringing and barely hear the old radio through the original speaker /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif The blazer is Y-d down into a cat then into one 40 series Flowmaster Deltaflow, it has sort of a growl to it but super quiet. Soon I will have dual exhaust with 2 40's on the blazer (hopefully within the next month). Just wait a week and we can take you for a ride in the camaro with 3" sidepipes /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif

Sounds good. I know Jeff will be around tonight he has to do 2 radiators in both trucks so probably later works best (that and they will be standing around staring at the neighbors 73 bronco he just got). He won't mind he loves hanging out and talking trucks (well so do I /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif ).

I run 50's with 5" tips. The sound is awesome. there isnt a car alarm around in a parking lot it doesnt set off or make chirp when its bouncing off the cam lobes idling along.

We will be around on Thursday (if the weather stay as hot as its been Rusty should still be together enough to listen too). If the truck has been torn apart my neighbor has a 73 Bronco with dual exhaust and cherry bombs that are only a year old and it sounds like Rusty does. I'll PM ya my # and feel free to call anytime /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Bombs hav a hollow type of sound to them. and have more or a rapping out when you push em hard. The best sound from a bomb is when they are connected directly to the header.

Yeah when Lane and I did my exhaust we couldnt beleive how great of shape the mufflers were. they are perfect. I was already to buy another set to. now a 21" or 18" glass pack are sweet to. Walker makes a nice sound. I have 18" ones on my Ranchero.
