I have the dual shock setup in front....would it harm anything if when i get new shocks just to put 2 in front instead of 4? and how would my suspension feel?

It's fine to pul a pair out - You'll get a better ride and a little better handling.

Doesn't the dual shock mount just unbolt if you want it off?
I haven't heard from anyone who likes the stock dual front shock setup - I personally can't imagine having 2 extra shocks up front, but I used the cheapie stiff-as-hell shocks that came with my springs.

you should use the second mount the higher one it gives better articulation, longer shock but you have to clearence the lower mount for a r 9000 the base is bigger than a r5000
