If you've read my "Bad Nabors" thread, you'll fully understand. I'm looking at buying a different trailor house in another part of town. I'd be selling my 94 14x64 and moveing into a 78 16x70. What do y'all think ???? /forums/images/icons/confused.gif

Will you be saving some money on this transaction?

I would say go for to older one, if it is good enough shape.

Seems like the newer one would be in better shape so I would say keep it.

Take a sniper rifle, put on a ghille suit, and wait a few hundred yards from the manager's home or a place you know he'll be... Uh wait nevermind, wrong advice...

I'd go with whatever choice gets you out of that nazi's domain... Assuming it's in good condition (what you're looking to get) I'd go with it...

The house I currently own is in next to perfect condition. the older one I'm looking at is also in top notch shape. I could put some money in the saveings as well as take care of some bills. The people at Mobile Home Finders say this 78 will onlt deprisate about $1,500.00 in the next 5 years. It's a "Winsor", the Mersadys Benz's of trailor houses. And yeah, my spelling SUCKS, LOL. /forums/images/icons/smirk.gif

It's just me, but I'd like to get my 70 y/o mother out of her apt, so she might be moveng in. She could use my help, plus she's so lonely all by herself. She was at my house most of the time anyways. /forums/images/icons/ooo.gif
