    I placed an order for a shackle flip & zero rates & u-bolts.
    I recieved the shackle flip & u-bolt reversal kit. I looked
    at the invoice & it was not my order.I called and talked to a lady. She said that the orders were mixed up and that the customer that recieved my zero rates was supposed to send them to me. I have'nt got them yet and I need them soon.

    Call us, this is the slowest way to sort out a problem there is.
