I have probably $500.00 worth of little things to order this week for the truck, however I have been reading most of there return policy's and they make me very nervous. Most of them state the following::
We request that customers inspect all parts upon delivery. (company)does not assume any responsibility for damage after inspection and signing by the purchaser at the time of delivery. All other returns will not be accepted after 5 days from purchase date with out authorization from (company)

Driver signature on the invoice proves he or she checked the parts for any defects; (damage & wrong) at your present. We will not accept any damage parts or wrong parts after driver & you signs the invoice.

Here's my problem, since i work , my UPS/ or FEDEX guy leaves my boxes in the garage, I almost never have signed for anything ( once, that i remember) who do you order from, and have you returned anything,
I know summit and jcwhitney are pretty good about returns, but some of the other ones have better prices.
sorry this post is so long!!!
    thanks!

Who are you planning on ordering from... personally I pay a little more for the good service and knowledge if I have a problem I can exchange and get things resolved easily then save $3 bucks and end up paying shipping back because they screwed up... it can and does happen... first off see if you can buy any of those parts locally because that's your best bet to buy from a store and see first hand what you are walking out with... I will say I have had great luck with Summit, carpartsonsale.com, jcwhitney, jegs, ORD.... all have done great and have corrected any problems I have ever had quickly and made up for the mistakes if there was any!

I removed my quote so gay, vegetarian, minority, eco-nazis who love Jesus, nuke spotted owls, vote Gore and smoke medical marijuana won't be offend.

Who DOESN'T have better prices than Summit. I could tell you my horror story, but I'll save it. I only order that kind of stuff from JEG'S now. Summit sucks!! It took a whole month for me to get my order and it was supposed to take 3 days! And I PAYED EXTRA FOR IT TO BE THERE SOONER!
