Anybody know the fate of 4X4 Iron? There are two product reviews on the home page for bumpers. I've tried to locate them on the web to no avail. Called their number & found it was disconnected.

Was that the guy in Alabama? If so he lives about 2 miles from my house.

I had my bumpers made Kyle over near Atlanta GA.

He's very slow but they're solid.

Yeah they've been gone for a little while now, I definately wanted one of their bumpers as well, I'm not sure if someone took over or not, I'm sure someone else will chime in.

No, I think it was Idaho. It was a 303 area code...where ever that is.

4x4 Iron was in the Denver area. Then they moved to central Texas. Then the owner got too busy with life and closed up shop. :(

They are a buncha assholes over there. I had a front and rear bumper made by them. It was suppose to be a true bolt on. It was far from it. It was shipped wrapped in plastic b4 the paint dried, ya pulled the plastic, all the paint came off. Was told it would be a month, it was 4. on and on and on and on. Wish I wouldve done some research b4 ordering from those jackasses.

Sorry for the rant, its a sore spot for me and those assholes. :D

I got one of, if not the last rear bumper kit from 4X4 Iron. I think it was last February. It was really nice quality work and a breeze to weld up. I'd do it again, if he was still in business. :D

It amazes me how some people can stay in business. He took about 4 months on both my front and rear bumpers. Both times I went over there (3 hour drive) when they were supposedly ready and had to wait while he finished fabricating. I do like the bumpers though.
