If ya just want something to get it going, I've got a factory cast iron 4-barrel intake. $25 plus shipping and it's yours. /forums/images/icons/cool.gif

I'll get the casting number for ya. I've checked it before at Mortec.com and it didn't come up as a hi-po application. It's just your basic truck manifold. I'll weigh it too. It is a heavy mutha! But FedEx ground is pretty cheap. I shipped a 30 lb. flywheel to thatK30guy for about $9. /forums/images/icons/cool.gif I'm going TBI so I had to cough up $250 for an Edelbrock manifold. /forums/images/icons/shocked.gif

The casting number is 364740. Here's some info I found on the net at:

    http://www.stingray.nu/temp/visaintake.asp?ordning=castnumber

    364740 454 / 230 HP 76 Lt. Truck Cast Iron, Small Oval Tr Port, Lo-Rise, Q-jet carb

I knew that a cast iron big block manifold was pretty heavy, but I didn't realize that it weighed 50 lbs! /forums/images/icons/shocked.gif I weghed my TBI aluminum intake just for grins and it just weighs 20 lbs. /forums/images/icons/cool.gif

I have an Edelbrock, single pleneum, low rise, aluminum intake. I think it's a street master intake. I'll dig it out of my garage if you're interested.
