From what little I know after checking into it. I would say NO. But dont hold me to it, I checked into it a year or so ago and decided I didnt want to spend the money that bad for it.

$200 last I knew per suppressor.

I think you need a Class 3 license and that's the big ticket items.

So are you going into some weirdo Montana militia group or something?????????

From my own personal experience, it is $200.00 PER silencer, and $3000 for your Class 3. Any Full Auto weapon that has not previously been registered as a full auto is now illegal and must be destroyed... the BATFE decided a few years back that no more FA weapons of any kind could be registered in the states, so if it ain't done yet, it can't be done... no matter who you know... Unless you are Law Enforcement, then it's entirely different...

This doesn't mean you can't BUY a FA rifle/pistol/etc, it just means that it has to have been previously registered with the government as a full auto weapon.

Sounds right. I know it's $200/ supressor and the # on the Class III sounds right too, also be warned that since you can only buy existing FA's the price per gun is outrageous.

Most Full Autos are $200 for the stamp and $10K+ for the weapon....good luck.

The tax stamp on a suppressor is $5. Stuff like short barreled rifles and shotguns are also $5. The tax stamp for a full auto is $200.

Supressors are $200 too. Rifles and shotguns modified to SBR or SBS are $200 also

It's only a $5 fee if the weapon was originally configured that way by the manufacturer
