Bought this truck for $900 dollars. Ive put new bumpers, grill
and a new headlight door. I also took of the running boards.I have 31x10.50x15 and have traded those for 33x12.50x15 MT on stock wheels. Planning to paint and change the black to a white in the middle. The interior is in perfect shape and every thing that i know of works. Drives like a new truck too quiet though brand new stock exhaust. Needs a tailgate going to ohio this weekend to pick one up. Other than that this truck is almost perfect will be selling after i am done with it. Looking for something more radical than a stock truck.

Does it run good? If it starts in the morning, gets you where you going then it was worth it.
Below is a truck I paid a Dollar for.

I paid $2500 for my '73K5 and have put at least that much into it, and I still think I got a good deal. You're doing just fine. Are there better deals out there, probably, but I wouldn't complain.

THanks everyone for your feedback. I thought it was a steal
considering i went from a 79 to a 87 blazer for the same amount of money and my 79 needed more work than this one.

Grim paid a $1, but wow does it look like he put a ton of work in it, but I bet you'll keep dollar till the day you die. Will- No matter what you but for these trucks, they always need work. My buddy loves trucks, but he can't work on them and said noway am I gonna do a ton of stuff on it till I get my lift on and then it is race season, but basically if you want something you don't have to touch shell out $30,000+ for a new truck... can't afford it? jion the club... you could make that K5 justa as nice for less then 10,000. Can't get much that even statrs these days for $900 so I say it's a deal
