This is probably a stupid idea, but I'm going to throw out some facts about this person I know, and I'm curious to see how you'd picture this person: Looks, age, descent, height, whatever, and see how close or far from what people would typically view them as they actually are.

Didn't own a computer until 2000- Felt that life could be lived just fine the old fashioned way before that.

    Favorite color: Blue

Common foods eaten/liked: Burgers, Pizza, steak. Doesn't eat very healthy.

    Sleeps partially or fully clothed

Would find songs that might be played on the Lawrence Welk Show as "familiar".

    Usually drives the speed limit

Half brother and sister are 61 and 63 years old

Grew up in a home heated by a wood stove only

Has a "no b.s." sort of personality

    Short-term memory fails at random

Likes to think everything through before taking action; likes to examine all possibilities and angles before making a decision.

Has a serious type of sense of humor

Owned over 100 vehicles in a lifetime

Has back pains at times, feels that body is deteriorating

Believes in marriage before sex; and other similar morals

Can be a tightwad at times

    Prefers Pepsi over Coke

Did not play sports when young

Can't stand drugs or bad habits

Doesn't use any bad language around others

    Thinks logically rather than emotionally

Thinks vehicles from the '90's are "new cars"

Built things out of wood or other materials as a child. Videogames were not in the picture. Prefered constructing things over destructing things.

Can't speak any other language than english

    Afraid of extreme heights

    Doesn't have good balance

    Doesn't "work out"

Doesn't own a CD. Cassette tapes are fine. Used to records as a kid.

Usually has a serious expression on face

    Treats all people with respect

Had less than 50 people in graduating high school class

    Used to do oil paintings

Finds dressing up for formal reasons is unnecessary

Stays away from "social" events or areas

    Prefers outdoors/nature over city/urban areas

    Doesn't hunt or fish

Listens to classic rock and '70's music

Ok, I know... too much information. Now, I just want to see what sort of a person people would expect this to be.

Example: A 65 year old male from Canada who weighs 220lbs and has 7 children; or A 70 year old woman from Nebraska with alzheimers; or an uptight 6-year old from Indonesia living in Europe... whatever pops into your mind based on that info. Don't try and second guess... just envision as a random person seeing these facts for the first time would.

And if anyone has other characteristics of a unique person, list them and see what others would expect the person to be like.

Ok, its almost 3 am. Why am I still awake.

I get a picture of a mid 50's outdoor loving conservative hippy. Kind of reminds me of a guy I know.

I guess that didn't take long for someone to figure out. I just thought of this again recently cause this always happens: I run a parts ad when I have an excess of stuff I don't need... end up talking with whoever calls on the parts, talk with them about their truck and other stuff, answer a few questions they may ask about problems they are having or parts they need to replace, then they come by to get something or look at a part, and they come up to me and look around and ask, "Is Allan around?". Then I say, "That's me". Then they get this look of slight confusion like 'this can't be the guy I talked with on the phone can it?'

Conversations with me are boring. All I talk about is truck stuff. Unless I've known you a long time, then I go into deep philosophical and or phsychological conversations (or other) that probably confuse whoever is listening.
