Looking for a solution to the problem of getting the P/N information to the ECM. The original wiring on my 75 uses a safety switch to enable the starter solenoid. All I could come up with is to bypass the safety switch, and use the exsisting switch contacts to ground the ECM input when in park or neutral. I will not leave the p/n input to the ECM grounded or open, so that's not an option for me. Any other ideas? /forums/images/graemlins/ears.gif

No, the wires are to the starter sol, and B+ only during crank (via ign switch). The ECM requires ground when in park or neutral, and open (float) when in drive. Thanks for the thought though /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif I did look at doing some fancy relay stuff, but nothing I drew out would work /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif
