    One of my fav veggies. Peal them, boil them bread them with egg's and crushed crackers, and pan fry them in butter. Good eatin' I'm telling ya.

    Hmmm I work as a checker at Safeway..I see people buying them all the time, never had any urge to try them myself. Now I just might...

    I've tried them before, they're pretty good...but we just skin them and boil 'em then eat...

    I know I just ran out of time to harrvest them all they are still good if you pick them before they start to sprout again.

    My parents always harvest them in the spring.
