Forgive me if this has been done and I'm too 'puter dumb to find it, but I'd like to see a PARTS Dept set up somewhere here. Like when someone is asking for part #s for extended brake lines, the napa, autozone, pepboys etc. #s could be listed under basic headings of brakes, ujoints, wheel bearings or whatever. I do use the search, but not allways easy. Any merit to this?

How about setting it up like tech articles are in the bloody knuckle. Members can submit PN's for all sorts of stuff...instead of one person trying to put it all together.

Examples I can think of of-hand:

High output alternators... (Police impala I think)
Extended front brake lines (78 C30 right front line I think)
    12.5" stroke Gabriel shocks
    Hybrid Ujoints
TRE's and DLE's for cross over
Flex brake line used for rear disc's
    Ford shock towers

It would be cool to find all that in one area..

Let's put it in the BK forum first and see what response we get. If we get enough PN's cool, then it's an added benefit for paying members. If we feel we need more then maybe add a post in the Garage.
