Thought I failed it for sure..seemed harder than the online practice test that I've been taking, but I only missed 5. Now to really buckle down and get my CW learned where I can go for general.

    Way to go :cool1:

Your going to have a good time. Any particular mode or bands you want to use?

I chase DX myself and run a DX Spotting network over packet from my place.

The CW shouldnt be bad. I would suggest as you learn it you spend ALOT of time listening and copying off the CW bands. Your CW will be much stronger than listening to records or tapes. OOPs wait, I guess now days that would be CD's or MP3's or :o

If you ever plan on using CW I would also suggest you practice sending CW so you dont hit the air cold turkey. ;)

Have any questions give us a shout

    Good work.
I've been a ham for almost 15 years now. It really gives you some security when out wheelin'.
Every 4X4 I have owned since then has a few holes in the roof. Magnets don't work very well in the trees.
