Usually how long does it take for paypal to clear a "uncleared" transaction? I bought a tea pot off ebay and want to get them the money soon. How long does it take? This is using a bank account then to paypal.

    Thanks

Mine go through right away , using bank funds . I do have a credit card on file for backup funds , but the transaction says completed right after I do it , but the money comes out of my bank after the fact .

But as far as I know the other party got their money already .

Paypal makes you wait a few days before you can access the $$ so that they can make sure that the funds are available (think bank deposit of a check) and have cleared.
