Take the shocks loose and get it flexed and measure. Take one inch off the compressed side and hit Autozone or a 4x4 shop. they will have charts on the travel of the shocks and you can match it up.

I am running Rancho 5000's that Rancho says are for a 4 inch lift. I don't know the part numbers off hand, and the K5 is 2 hours away. They are listed to fit a truck with 2.5-4 inches of lift.
These shocks WILL limit your travel. I have a Tuff country 4". When I put the lift and shocks on a couple of months ago, I was surprised to see that the Rancho's were only about an inch or so longer than the stock shocks that I took off. I estimate that they only have about an inch or so of down travel as compared to when the truck is sitting level. At full stuff, they still have a couple of inches to go. I was in a rush to get the truck rolling, but I will be changing this and going long travel in the future.
If suspension travel is important to you, don't buy off the shelf. Take some measurements and then buy the right length shocks.
