Got your pm, bad part is D60 and cheap are not usually in the same sentence. Best I can do is a grand for one.

The ones that Wayne can get have extremely low miles, 10-40K probably and have 4.56's. A local yard is going to charge you $800-900 for a GM Dana 60, $600-800 for a Dodge D60 and come with 4.10's and higher gearing. If you plan on going with anything lower than 4.10's, you will need to buy a new carrier when and if that time comes. I bought my D60/14 bolt combo thru Wayne and my D60 was lucky to have 30k on it and looked like it was never in 4wd.

Price all the parts to convert a DRW to a SRW before buying. What size tires and what trans are you running? If you are running 35's and a 700r4 trans go with at least 4:56's.
