Just wondering what some of you had on your plates. you think I could get away with "F JEEPS" or should I go with "XLJIMMY"?

    XLJIMMY... that's pretty cool

when i have to re-register the suburban i'm doing one of these: MUDYSUB, BGRTHNU(bigger than you), MUDTRUK or 4X4X4LO. im leaning towards BGRTHNU though.

My plate is 4X4HIGH, so I just decided to use that as my screen name as well. There are all kinds of cool plates available. You can get onto the DMV website and check to see if a plate is available or not.

Here are some plates from round town-

    MUDNURI- obviously on my K5

    OVER EZ- buddy's p/u with 12" lift

    UPNOVER- big nasty looking chevy

    <a target="_blank" href=http://www-chaos.umd.edu/misc/>http://www-chaos.umd.edu/misc/</a>

check out the above site, they have tons of vanity plates- from around the country-

be careful though- some states have a department that figures out your plate- prior to giving it to you, and if they think it's "vulgar" they will revoke it...Vermont is one state that does this.....we have to explain our plate meaning on our registration request.

HA! Someone remembered my plate! That's cool! /forums/images/icons/cool.gif

8 YR SUV means ATE YOUR SUV!

In IL, the plate laws say that you have to create the name in a specific way, and the number has to be in a specific location, etc, etc, etc. I would check on what rules your state has for creating vanity/custom plates, and then let everyone know. This way, we can come up with others that will actually work!

I think the coolest plate I have secene matched with a whicked 97 Mustang GT (Definelty not a mod 4.6 in this thing anymore... some cheater slicks, cowl hood with guages...) it had a plate that said Nextup. Saw an old 68 Fastback stang that had an arrangment tha said Psychotic,... can't remeber the combo though.

I was bored the other day and thought of this one. You know they have the "K9 UNIT" liscence plates on K9 cop cars. how about a liscence plate that says K5 UNIT. I wonder if the DMV would allow that?
