Pics: Durabak and rocker panels

    Had some rust on my lower rockers, fenders and quarters so I angle grinded and sanded everthing down. Have pics of that too if anyone is interested.

    Next I preped and painted with POR15 (grey). Primed that up with a special primer offered by POR15 and then rolled on the Durabak (the best product in existance!!).

    This was the result:[​IMG]

    I was very happy with result. This took 4 weekends to complete. so much grinding and sanding!! The result is an indestructable finish that I have used and abused. This stuff is great for protecting from road salt.

    My 88 K5 is a silverado and is the exact same color.

    Keep the shiny side up, and the greasy side down.

    How much did it take? Looks great. Is there any diff between your stuff and herculiner? Where do you buy it and how much $ ? Thanks.
