    here are some pics of the bumper we built. Tell me what you guys think...this is my first fab attempt but I had a lot of help from my boss...I think it came out good considering we built it in a tint shop :D

    Nice. I save all the pics of bumpers, sliders, and cages I like so when I go to the tube bender I can have some good ideas on what I want.;)

    What material did you use to make it? Is it solid or hollow? It looks really good.

    Looks cool cuz its not some bag a$$ thing hanging out the back, nice and tucked up in there. Whats on your body? Like rhino lining?

    It is made out of 6" channel that is boxed between the frame rails (which I bobbed under the bed). the tow hooks are from an Expedition.

    K5Monster, the bed is sprayed with a bedliner material called eagle lining and holds up very will while wheeling.
