Here i was goofing off seeing what my truck would do.. I took the swaybar completely off and found this truck trailer to use as a impromptu ramp.. what do ya think? I needed more ramp for sure.. and I should have hit it at a different angle.. might have gotten it to flex more.. maybe next time..
Tell me what you think.. Thanks.. www.rocko.rockcrawler.com

Not to bad. It will ramp better then a $70,000 Hummer.

    <font color=purple> Here's a stupid question ......... I've never ramped before, should it be done in 2wd or 4wd or doesn't it matter ??

I put mine in 4wd.. since I don't have locker's or limited slip..

That's what I was thinking.. I wish I could find a real RTI ramp around here in Austin. but wouldn't know where to begin looking.
I'm going to re-attempt the trailer.. and get some better photo's.. So far I'm happy with it..
How much will 1-ton rear and 3/4 ton front end effect the travel? Any idea's?

If you find a RTI ramp around here, let me know. I'd like to get some base line numbers. Truck looks good.

Anything ramps better than a $70k Hummer if it's got straight axles.
