You keep up that kind of work and you will have the cleanest truck around. Very nice photo album.

    That looks sweet Bob!

I am not a fabricator like BobK so I finally found a simple tire mount that goes into a standard 2" receiver. Reese makes it and its only $75 or something. You would have to pull it out of the hitch to open the tailgate but I'm not too picky.

Nice tire carrier, good design and layout. At this rate you're going to end up with one fine truck.

Total cost was about $50.00 bucks.$35.00 for the steel and another $15.00 for small miscellaneous stuff.I was lucky,I had a friend to weld it together.Prob. cost you at least $50.00 to get a pro to weld it up.

Hey Bob, sweet looking tire carrier. I'm thnking of doing something very similar to that. Where did you get the pivot point for it. You mentioned rockstomper but they didn't offer it on their site. Although I did see it in a picture of a bumper that they built. Any info would be great. Thanks.

Nice work! Nice blow by blow of the hinge asssembly. I guess that'll qualify as bullet-proof!
