Can someone take a picture of the overhead view of their distributor on a 350 TBI....one that is running with the timing set correctly? Trying to figure out if the plug wires got rotated one postion...if you could make sure you see the squarish part of the cap, and somehow mark the #1 wire it would be much appreciated. thanks

#1 plug wire can be anywhere, depending on how the dist. is put in. You need to find top dead center and put the number one plug wire where the rotor is pointing. Then going clockwise make sure you got them 1 8 4 3 6 5 7 2.

yeah, i know that, but i want to get it right...sice i havent had the dist out, i dont want to go through all the hassle of putting everything back together when i dont thnk its the problem...just want to check and make sure it isnt the problem...troubleshooting...since i rotated all the wires on the cap CW, the timing was a lot closer with the light, so i was trying to determine if that was the source of the problems
