According to the e-mail I got the guy who took the pictures apparently went out to survey and make sure everything was ok. He stayed out overnight. Alone. With no electricity. :eek1:

I can show you some ponds around that have alot of there cousins. Alot of the spot grandpa took as younguns to swim or now overran with them. Those are some nice size ones. A friend rented a house on 50 plus acres with a fishing pond. In season you could see them babies rolling over in the water breeding. :eek1: He needed to be in the belt makin' business. :haha:

Once a pond gets over run with them is there anyway to get rid of them? Just curious
I would guess a shocker boat or something. Our DNR here has one they take to the pits to kill off all the damned bullheads. Course then the river that is about 2 feet floods and the bullheads are all back anyway :doah:

A .22 and a bright light works pretty well. :D Even if you get rid of the current ones, more will show up. :doah:
