wow, that is a pretty darn nice lookin truck, i bet since its a 82 you probly got the 12 bolt axle insted of the 10 bolt, besides the fact that hte bumper is kinda crooked in front, not bad. your truck reminds me alot of my 87 shortbed, it really does, i got mine for 1200$ with a 350 two ten bolts, gov-loc rear /forums/images/icons/smirk.gif, np208\sm465 combo /forums/images/icons/grin.gif and 33's, coustom deluxe /forums/images/icons/laugh.gif, but over all your body is not rusty at all, i would be damn proud if that was my truck /forums/images/icons/wink.gif

12 bolt rears were factory items in these trucks up to '82.

In '83, the 12 bolts were replaced with the weak 10 bolts. /forums/images/icons/tongue.gif

strange, oh well, 10 bolts should get you by fine, mine are still surviving with 33's but i dont do burnouts or rock crawl, i just drive it around town, and off-road in dirt and mud, and some extrime hill climbs /forums/images/icons/wink.gif
