    What is the correct pinion angle in respect to the driveshatf for a non CV driveshaft, getting ready to weld spring pads onto rear axle.

    Axel pinion angle for non CV app. needs to be within 2* of the T-case pinion angle. That is 9* at the case = 8 to 10* on the axel end. Leave the axel a degree or so low to make up for axel wrap. CV styles need to be in a straight line with the driveshaft.
