i was thinking of buying a brand new pioneer head unit off of ebay, its a DEH-P740MP, i was wondering if anyone has this or has heard this actually playing and if it has good sound quality, i have an older pioneer in my k5, but i want to upgrade when i put my new stereo in, and i say a pair of audio bahn comp. subs on there model # AW-1200Q, they have an RMS of 700 watts a piece and i think $175 for 2 and there brand new, same thing as above, just want to see if they are good subs that sound good, Thanks

I can't say anything about the subs you're asking about but I have a Pioneer DEH-P5200 and I'm quite happy with it. I think a DEH-P740 would sound at least as good.
