I was wondering if anyone has a plexiglass or other extra duty windshield. My windshield got hit by a rock from a semi, which I didn't even think was possible since my rig is over 7' tall. But anyways are they cost effective?

I made a plexiglass windshield for my Jimmy. It cost me 25 bucks. It works great, but attracts dust, which we have alot of here in AZ. The trick to keep it from scratching is to wet it down really good before you wipe it off. I like it alot more than a normal glass winshield, and mine is quick release.

You might want to see if it is legal to have one in your state first.
