MSD wires are great wires. Those 8.5MM wires are the same wires top fuel guys run (but they add alot more protection on top because of the mag setup). As for plugs, either autolite, or AC Delco.

MSD and Delco, no contest. I've ran em both in several vehicles and have no complaints.

MSD 8.5's and Champion Truck Plugs. That is what I have run in my truck for the past 3 years. I really like both of them.

8.5 wires, you got a race motor ah, just like hondas with those 8.5 wires, wire diameter is bigger then the fricken spark plug, waste of money, it's all a gimmick, unless you got a serious coil or magneto, stock wires will do just fine, buy some lifetime guarentee from autozone and your good to go

Well I run MSD cap, rotor, dust cover for HEI, remote Blaster SS coil, and MSD 6 Offroad box, so the wires are something that does help me.

Even if you are going to run a stock ignition beside the wires, it is worth it to get MSD 8.5's. It gets you the most power to the spark plug and maximizes efficiency of the system which is a good thing. I first switched to the Borg Warner Nascar Select wires on my truck after I ditched the stock wires. I did notice a little difference. Then when I went to the MSD 8.5 super conductors I notice an improvement in the igntion again, so I would say go with the best the first time, maximize the ignition output and then if you decide to step up the rest of the ignition you don't have to buy new wires again.

nothing but a.c.'s for me. I just got a set of accell supper stock "spiral core's" much better than crappy carbon core wires but still reasonably priced.

I run AC Delco plugs and Taylor Spiral-Pro 8mm wires. I noticed a difference on the upgrade and I love the plug boots on the wires

MSD 8.5mm wires and Accel header plugs. Prior to my headers, I used AC Delco plugs.
