Oh man I'd love to. I am out of salmon. A fresh Salmon steak grilled with butter, garlic, and lime would taste soooo good.

Yup Lime. Heat the butter garlic and a little lime juice together and baste the salmon with it. Yum . Might as well have a Corona or 2 to go with the lime. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Man I envy you guys who live by the coast. Salmon are running......... Damn I miss the ocean.

OH MAN - I'm hungry now!! That's cruel posting pix like that!! Do you cook it on the grill? I was "forced" to learn how to cook salmon on the grill - a g/f "acquired" several pounds of Alaskan salmon - and I was "forced" to cook it. The horror! /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

    Nice salmon. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

    Cory:
Yup thats Mario's. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif Plannen to spend a lot of time there this summer. I usually haul my boat up there in June and leave it till Sept. Have a 5th wheel set up in Garberville. Hope the Salmon are runnin better this year than last year. Cant wait /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif.........
Gotta check the ##*^!! California fishing regs and see what they have screwed up this year. Jees its getting so confusing. You need a GPS and a degree in Marine Biology so you know what stupid marine habitat zone you are in and what you can catch and keep. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif
Then there is the closure of the Lost coast to motorized vehicles but I wont get into that /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif......... But I sure miss being able to 4x4 up that Beach. Stupid tree huggers.
