I was at work. I am running the 2PM - 10PM shift single handed with my night crew for three days. Anyway...

I am was at the end of a 90 minute bum fish (ok, I mean to write bum rush, but I typed fish, I never noticed until three readthroughs later). I had just finished up some montreal seasoned 6oz chops for my lovely dinner.

Yay! Break time! Pork time! Lovely!

New officer orders chops. I look at my fresh chops.

    I gave them up....

At least I saved ten minutes of cooking and got Mr. Policeman's food out fast.

    He's a cannibal.....

4 to 6 medium pork chops
1 sm. box Cheeze-Its (for crumbs)
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    Salt and pepper
    1 cube melted butter

Dip pork chops in sour cream and then into Cheeze- Its which have been processed into crumbs. Place in a baking dish and dribble with the melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes covered and 15 minutes uncovered.
