I want to put some on my 87 jimmy with 10 bolts 2.5 front springs & 4.0 rear. Four Wheel Parts has some for $130 apiece also Summit has some for the same price, but it has their logo on them and they're not pollished. Any opinions?

go with clear gearz. They look good and are functional. After a deep water crossing you can see whats going on in the diff. I am getting them for the blazer and jimmy. Just my opinion /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

If I was going to put some fancy diff covers on 10 bolts, I'd get some that at least do soemthing, like the ones that preload the bearing caps. Not sure if they come shiny or not, but (and you asked for *opinions*) every time I see a jacked up rig on 10 bolts, I just shake my head. And if it's jacked up with shiny diff covers? /forums/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif

Go buy a rattle can of that chrome paint and have at it. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

It doesn't matter what cover he gets for the 10B's because sooner then later there will be a big whole in the rear one where the pinion shaft wen't through it. /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif

If you must waste your money on parts for a 10B then you might as well go all out and get a Mag-Hytec. /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif

You should be able to get any cover with no logo on them. I've got 3 of the covers right now here by my desk and all are aluminum with no logo's. /forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif
