    Yep, you need to be more specific.

    In general, I would have to say "neither". I like a TH400 for all around use... I wouldn't personally run a TH350 (unless built up) on these heavy rigs if you run big tires. Just my opinion, others will likely disagree.

    i agree, i have a 400 and i'm glad i do. i keep breaking flexplates and i think it's because with that tranny behind it, the flex plate is the weak link. i'd go with a th400, the 350's 1st isn't that much better (2.53 vs 2.48) and it's easier to wheel with an automatic. you can worry about where your truck is going instead of the gear you're in or killing the motor.

    I prefer a 700R4. Mines a daily driver and the overdrive will come in handy when running 4.56 and 37's. I also like not having to worry about stalling the truck out on a hillclimb.
