This poor guy over on FSC took his truck in to have the front end greased up. He heard a crashing noise while waiting and walked back and saw this.

The idiots set the rack on the truck so all 4 pads were under the cab. The bed had snow and some sand bags in it.

    :eek1: :eek1: :eek1: :eek1:

There had to be something wrong with the frame for it to just bend like that.... Sucks either way though:crazy:

Not the first time I have seen pictures or heard of that.

    Sucks for that guy.

What's with the fender flares and stock width tires? Weird.

Look at how much snow is in the back of that truck along with a few hundred pounds of sand he said.

I still cant see that realisticly happening to a undamaged/ rusted frame... Ive had a 8ft c1500 apart and the frame is quite tall right there...

my old c2500 ld looked like the frame was still good. but when i pulled the cab off i found the frame was shot. it was thin right there. and those frames if you dont pick them up corectly at the frame in front and spring hanger in rear thay will bend and possibly fold up bad. i have seen it first hand around here. he got lucky and only bent the lower lips up a bit before he set it back down.

I wonder who had the job of explaining that to the customer? That just sucks, glad the tech wasn't under the back of the truck when it came down.
