When I am driving, I can hear a popping noise that seems to be coming from the back springs or something back there. It is usually while going over bumps, and I just went muddin' a fe days ago and it got a lot worse. Any idea what this is? Its really annoying

check your shock bolts and the bushings in the springs themselves

Check the U-Joints.. just to be sure. They can make all kinds of different noises.

I thought about the U-joints, but I got new ones on about a month ago and it didn't help any then.

Look over your frame very closely and carefully. Use a flashlight. Look all around the rear suspension mounts on the frame. Also, look at the rear bodymounts for signs of wear or damage.

I here the same noises from the front. It started when I took the swaybar off. I have the ORD steering brace, so I don't think its the frame, but I haven't looked yet. Any ideas? Same as for 90k5?
