Blew up my positrac clutches...need a new 3.42 rear

would it be cheaper to get new gears, a lower front and rear, or repair the clutches?

if they left something loose and you can prove it then they will have to pay to have it fixed /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

I think it is Jiffy Lube's fault. It happened to me too. No. Just kidding. We should sew. Just kidding. Accidents happen.

If you can do all that with a computer, checking/changing your own fluids should be cake.

Pick up a Chilton for your vehicle, and start reading, this will be a very helpful starr /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

That's no joke back when I was a kid my pop gave me a buick to drive around that was his. The oil filter was stuck on so tight I had to punch a screwdriver through it to turn it. When I asked him when he changed the oil he said a few years. It used a quart every week so he figured every 4 weeks it got a complete oil change /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif
